DREAD

i've been doing soo well and today i am fasting.... its just that i dont want to eat tmr! food makes me nautious. and since i purge so often my body just doesnt like to accept food in the first place. even if i crave it horridly.

stats;update;
H: 5'5'' or taller!
HW: 167
CW: 116 (or less)
GW1: 110 (by next tuesday)
GW2: 107
GW3: 100 (by xmas)


sixteen lbs in one month? i can do it hopefully! for me thats only 11 lbs underweight.

been a while. binge fast binge fast.
im such a fucking failure!
but its the 27th (monday) and im going to fast tue - friday.
i was supposed to taday but i ended up havin

100 cals (popcorn)
130 ish cals X 3 (muffins)
1 coke zero


but i purged everythihng... so hopefully that dumped out some cals for the day...
im soo fat.

updates:
CW: 124 or less
gw1 needs to be reached in two days (120)
gw2 would be nice to reach by next week tuesday also (111)
ugw: 97 still. must be by Xmas. Hopefully thanksgiving.

 So far i only had a slim fast and a few pieces of gum!  
So alltogether tahts 200 cals. 
200 more to go! idk if i can do it ???
i just look at food and loose my appetite.
in a way i am scared, if i eat.. even just one
thing, i'll gain 10 lbs.
I know it would happen. just my luck.
i need to loose 30 lbs by the time school starts.
no acceptions.
if i dont start losing the weight, i'll cut it off.

i have to work today @ 5... so i'll say im packing a dinner for work.. and when i get there;;throw it away!
im supposed to have 300 cals today, but i just had a fiber granola bar. it was amazing.... never had it before. so it was new and i loved it... but i feel so fat. but it filled me up. i would have fasted today, but i dont want to pass out at work and be dizzy with everystep and have my eyes all blurry and wiggin out on me.  :(  
the granola bar was 140 cals anyways.  :(
plus i excersized today... for about an hour. lots of yoga and crunches and stretches.
how about the rest of you ladies?

 200 cals allauded today:

had: 1 slim fas *190 cals*
2 crystal light on the go packets *5 cals each*

this morning i felt really sick. but then i had my slim fast at 12 and felt a lot better.
i hope i can get out of dinner tonight. and i think i'll play the wii more often....
burn some cals!  and i still have to do my abb workout for the day.

Alauded Cals for the day: 100
I think i'm just going to fast for the whole day.
My daily slim fast is 190 cals, so i wont be having that today. 
I just dont know how i'm going to get off with
not eating supper, like my parents make me.
we all sit down and eat. normally its just me 
and my dad. hopefully thats how it is tonight.
i'll ask if i can eat down stairs... 
and just throw all my food away. 
idk what else to do. 
i cant purge. 
i just cant.

but i do find it hard to eat the whole 500 cals for the first two days... :)

 I've tried to loose weight the healthy way, but its just not fitting in my schedule.  If i dont eat, it not only will let me loose weight, i'll save money and time, and i wont have to worry about packing a lunch for work.  Taking food out of my life could possibley be the best thing for me.  Im going to start today, and im only allowing myself water.  Ice water actualy helps you burn calories.  Your body has to up the temp so it adjusts to your body, which burns the calories!  

Its nice to know that here are others out there that support this.
